I needed to hear from somebody who knows what he's talking about. No more hoops for a while, maybe for good, and I'm afraid my days with the H-W Demons softball team are done.
But ... it's OK. A week ago I hobbled into his office afraid I'd have to get a shot or MRI or something needlessly medical. We've worked on traction and stretching and it feels a ton better.
It's good, because we are nine days away from the big Halloween show and 11 days from the U2charist service.
Prayers for Pat Cornwell and family. His mom is near the end and it's never easy, getting ready to say farewell.
