Jerry is a trip, all right.Not sure how he got "names of people who didn't vote". Sounds legally iffy to me. Whether someone votes or not is as sacrosanct as who they voted for.You want nutcase mayors...Jerry was top of the heap.But give him credit--he's always good for a laugh. :)
