St. Charles Rocks
Down in St. Charles this week for work .... downtown St. Charles is really cool, brick paved streets, people actually walking around, and wireless internet in just about every restaurant.
Not that, oh, I don't know, these are good ideas or anything ....
That was visionary for the day. However, it's the businesses in St. Charles that make it work. Many people come to Washington Perk in Quincy because they can, indeed, use the wireless. Other places don't have it, don't get the bidness.

I think two elections ago, C. David proposed that during his campaign. Great minds are usually ahead of the game.
